Meet The Chef
Roselyne 'Roz' Hatch is a personal chef who specializes in crafting delicious, nutrient-rich meals. As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the New School of Cooking in Los Angeles, CA, Ros has developed a passion for farm-to-table tastes. She has worked as a nutrition-based personal chef in LA for the past five winters; in summer, she is a server at the highly acclaimed Nantucket favorite, Black-Eyed Susan's. It is Roz's mission to prepare and serve fabulous meals bursting with flavor and good health, and to get cooks and diners excited about healthful, flavorful food.
